At posted by Bearcat, the Durand publication plate # 3976 posted on IMSLP is the original edition for piano solo. IMSLP has available only music that is in the public domain in the viewers's country.
Possibly best to search with the French title ';Les Patineurs';, Opus 183, or the German title ';Die Schlittschuhl盲ufer';
I've found several arrangements for orchestra quite quickly, but nothing other than ';simplified'; arrangements for piano.
