the International Music Score Library Project. It's one of the best websites of free scores. However, it's search system isn't very good. The only decent way to find a music is by their composers section. I'm not very sure of the exact URL so, like the guy above said, wikipedia or google IMSLP.
If you must, you can obtain classical public domain music it at IMSLP... http://imslp.org/wiki/Main_Page
But honestly, its rather stealing...
